ANTORCHA Messaging Program Terms and Conditions

These Messaging Program Terms and Conditions govern the SMS and WhatsApp messages sent by Impulsum ME LLC (EIN 32-0800930), which operates the ANTORCHA gas-flaring monitoring platform at antorcha.space ("ANTORCHA", "we", "us"). They form part of, and are incorporated into, our Terms and Conditions.

1. Program description. ANTORCHA sends account verification messages (one-time passcodes) and, only if you turn them on, operational alerts and service notices about the facilities you monitor. We never send marketing or promotional messages.

2. How you opt in. You provide your mobile number yourself in the ANTORCHA sign-up form at app.antorcha.space or in the ANTORCHA mobile app, and you request each passcode by pressing "Send code". We never message purchased or third-party lists.

3. Message frequency. One message per code you request. If you turn on operational alerts, message frequency varies with the events detected at the facilities you monitor.

4. Cost. Msg & data rates may apply. ANTORCHA does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply.

5. How to stop. Reply STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, OPTOUT, STOPALL or REVOKE to any message to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing after it. You may also turn messages off in your ANTORCHA profile. Reply START to resubscribe.

6. How to get help. Reply HELP or INFO to any message, or contact us at contacto@antorcha.space or https://antorcha.space.

7. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier.

8. Eligibility. You must be the subscriber of, or an authorized user of, the mobile number you provide.

9. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy is at https://www.impulsumtech.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

10. Changes. We may update these Messaging Terms; the current version is always posted on this page with its "Last updated" date.
